Prior to Booking Reservation:
If you have not yet confirmed your reservation amd would like to make a request, you can list your it on the confirmation screen. To do so, select the "Special requests (optional)" button at the bottom of the Personal Details section and make a note of any items you would like to make mention of. For example, "please set up an additional bed."
Note that we cannot guarantee the hotel will receive the request in time, particularly in cases of short-notice reservations, nor can we guarantee the hotel's ability to fulfill the request. If it is an essential request, we recommend contacting the hotel prior to confirming your reservation in order to verify the hotel's ability to accommodate.
After Booking Reservation:
If you have already booked a room and would like to communicate a request, we recommend contacting the hotel directly, either by phone or email. These details are typically listed on the confirmation email. If you are not able to contact the hotel, please reach out to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling the number listed on your confirmation email.
Please note that some requests may result in additional fees according to the policies of the relevant hotel.
